 1. Management Committee Reference

Members:

• Club Chairman (Chair) President
• Snr & or Jnr Vice Chairman
• Snr & or Jnr Treasurer
• Snr & or Jnr Secretary
• Playing Committee rep.
• Welfare Committee rep.
• Blackman rep.

Responsibilities:

1. The overall management of the Club.
2. To improve the Club in all aspects: - playing, social, welfare, facilities and community relations.
3. Receive reports and review minutes of the sub-committees.
4. Provide support and assistance to the sub-committees.

Minuted meetings will be held at monthly intervals, the minutes to be distributed to the Management and Sub-Committee members.Any other Club member/s can be co-opted to assist in fulfilling the responsibilities stated above.

2. Junior Management Reference

Members:

• Junior Chairman (Chair)
• Junior Secretary
• Junior Treasurer
• Junior Vice Chairman
• Junior Team Managers

Responsibilities:

1. All aspects of Junior rugby which are uniquely applicable to the junior section.
2. Ensuring the requirements of the Continuum are met.
3. Liase with the JSI Officer to ensure the Club's policy of integration is met.

Minuted meetings will be held at monthly intervals, the minutes to be distributed to the Management Committee members.Any other Club member/s can be co-opted to assist in fulfilling the responsibilities stated above.

3. Welfare Committee Reference

Members:

• Membership Secretary (Chair)
• Junior Membership Secretary
• Child Protection Officer
• Welfare Officer

Responsibilities:

1. The welfare of the Clubs playing and social membership.
2. The maintenance, updating and operating of the Clubs Child Protection Policy.
3. The maintenance of a senior and junior membership database.
4. The collection of senior and junior annual subscriptions.

Minuted meetings will be held at monthly intervals, the minutes to be distributed to the Management Committee members. Any other Club member/s can be co-opted to assist in fulfilling the responsibilities stated above.

4. Playing Committee Reference

Members:

• Club Captain
• Senior captains
• Junior managers/rep.
• Snr & Jnr fixture secs.
• Coaching coordinator.
• JSI officer.
• Schools coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. All playing aspects of the club including:
2. Coaching & training
3. Kit requirements(liaise with the Kit Officer)
4. Fixtures
5. Schools liaison
6. Junior Senior Integration
7. Pitch maintenance

Minuted meetings will be held at monthly intervals, the minutes to be distributed to the Management Committee members. Any other Club member/s can be co-opted to assist in fulfilling the responsibilities stated above.

5. Finance Committee Reference

Members:

• Snr & Jnr Treasurer
• Kit Officer
• Fund Raising Officer
• Social Secretary
• Catering Officer

Responsibilities: 

1. Manage the Club's finances.
2. Set and control budgets for: - Annual Subscriptions, Match Fees, Kit, Fund Raising, Social events and catering.
3. Keeping of the Club accounts, arrange for an audit of the accounts by a professional at the end of the accounting year.
4. Submission of the audited accounts to the Constituent Body.
5. Minuted meetings will be held at monthly intervals, the minutes to be distributed to the Management Committee members.
6. Any other Club member/s can be co-opted to assist in fulfilling the responsibilities stated above.
