All, you will all be aware that we recently submitted proposals on behalf of our club to an RBS sponsored initiative called RBS RugbyLink Weekend and successfully came first winning £5000.

RugbyLink Weekend is about getting a team of volunteers together to achieve important goals for our club. These goals have been set and include:

• ü       Changing Rooms 
• ü       Chainey Room ‘our players bar’
• ü       Bar area
• ü       Games room
• ü       Entrance and lobby areas
• ü       Changing Room Showers and Toilet Facilities
• ü       Garage where we store the flood lights
  

We are currently planning and defining the tasks and activities to achieve against these goals.  We need your help and ask for 50 volunteers to make up the work teams.

You don’t have to be a tradesman [but if you are please shout we need as many as we can get] or a DIY enthusiast, you will be a willing volunteer that can help during the weekend to clear up, clean up, demolish, paint walls ceilings doors and floors and add to the fun we will all have..

You will receive a RugbyLink T Shirt, have free food and drink over the weekend and more importantly the satisfaction you are helping to make our club and facilities even more special than they are now.  So, please please volunteer
