Parisis visit - meeting
Firstly , thank you to those people who have offered to help organise one of the events of the year  ... the visit of PARISIS Old wolves on the weekend of November 20,21 and 22nd.

This trip has now been confirmed with around 30 players and staff making the voyage over -- WE NEED TO MAKE THE WEEKEND A MEMORABLE ONE and organisation/preparation is key.

A sub commitee helps things run smoothly so if can help and want to be involvred please can you attend a meeting at Crossbow on Thursday 1st October at 9pm.

We can then divvy up the jobs that need doing - Accomodation planning, social event ,game/referee , gift  etc etc.

I am assuming Maccy,Ridesy and Wayner will be involved ( please )
