This training day at the club is open to all seniors. It will be a revision of all the points we have covered (& some we haven’t) during pre-season.

This will give us a great opportunity to home in on all of our skills/moves etc before the 1st pre-season game on the 28th Aug.

Even if you can't come down for the whole duration of the session, please make an effort to at least come down for an hour or two!!!

Afterwards there is a game on in the bar, so a good chance for a social/club bonding and a few beers after the session.
